Payment Terms & Procedures

All payments for goods must be conducted through international wire transfer directly to our bank account. The order will be shipped once the payment is confirmed as received in our bank account. To avoid any misunderstandings between sales and customers, please contact us via phone or email after you have made the payment.

 

Additionally, please email us a scanned proof of the payment from your bank so that we can promptly release your order for shipment. You are responsible for all bank transfer fees, shipping costs, and insurance. We will dispatch your order as soon as your payment is received. (Please be aware that we cannot accept payments via Amex, Mastercard, Visa, or Maestro, except for local orders). No delivery will occur until cleared funds are received.
